Built in 1963 (in only 16 weeks), the Cinerama Dome has for decades been a unique and exciting way to see movies in Los Angeles. Resembling a large golf ball from the outside, the Dome’s 32×86 foot screen makes it ideal for screening 70mm films. The Cinerama Dome was recently restored and incorporated into Arclight Cinemas, a 14-auditorium theatre which also features a cafe/bar and gift shop. Visit the Arclight Cinemas website for showtimes and tickets.
