Santa Monica may provide that SoCal beach feeling, but the only way to appreciate the coastline is driving the Pacific Coast Highway (or PCH for short). The route weaves you along the ocean past surfers, seafood cafes, celebrity Malibu homes and simply breathtaking views from the western edge of the United States.
